The Hammocks at Southern Hills Reviews

The wonderful maintenance staff, which was our primary reason for choosing The Hammocks does not only an impressive job with maintenance inside the apartment, but they are incredible with snow removal. They even snow blow the sidewalks and do snow removal on everyone’s porches! The fact that the maintenance staff has considerable longevity with the Hammocks was our main reason for choosing The Hammocks! We have been extremely pleased with them. An example was when our furnace had problems recently during the night. In less than 1 1/2 hours of having an issues, maintenance replaced the part and we were back in bed! We have a first floor apartment with a patio that has sliding glass doors, yet we never notice a draft or cold floors. Having a washer in dryer in our apartment is so convenient and saves time and money. It’s quiet here, yet neighbors are friendly. Apartment is well laid out. The landscaping is well maintained. The pool is also very nice! Once a month they have activities, but I have yet to make one. The location is incredible! We are close to Aldi and Wegmans, Walgreens, nail and hair salons, nice restaurants, banking, yet we are surrounded by trees that give you a peaceful feeling. Plus, all the people who work here are friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance staff!

I just wanted to say a big “thank you” for the new pavilion that has just gone up in the complex. It’s so nice to have a place like this to enjoy! I feel fortunate to live in a community where improvements are constantly being made that enhance life for the residents. I’ve lived in other places where this hasn’t been the case and I just wanted to express my appreciation for all of the work that goes into continually making improvements. You all are appreciated!

It's been almost 3 years since you and I had an exchange of messages, but I need for you to once again give a standing O to your crew here at Hammocks (see pix below). Sue and Cheryl and Barry and Brent and Bob had their annual pool party yesterday and it was a smashing success. Our only disappointment was that more folks didn't attend. With Sue and Cheryl serving as hosts, with Barry and Brent and Bob on the grill and at the food table, it truly felt like a small family gathering. Another instance of how superbly this place is managed. Will you please raise a glass and toast your gang. They are the best!
