This is an unrelated email to anything, but I was just reflecting on my experience living at the Neisner thus far, and wanted to share how happy I’ve been here. You guys are by and large the most proactive management/maintenance team of anywhere I’ve lived. I’m still stunned finding out things I didn’t know were broken/misbehaving were just fixed/taken care of. It instills such a nice sense of comfort - knowing your home isn’t just safe, but that the people caring for it truly care.
