The conversation around Clinton Square is picking up and for good reason. We’ve officially submitted a proposal to COMIDA that reimagines one of downtown Rochester’s most iconic office buildings as a vibrant, mixed-use hub. The plan supports the building’s already established office presence while moving forward with plans to introduce new residential apartment homes on the upper floors.
Our Vision for Clinton Square
As also reported by the Rochester Business Journal, a recently submitted a proposal to COMIDA outlines our vision to transform the building’s upper floors into 102 residential apartment homes. The plan also highlights four exclusive 13th floor penthouses with private patios with incredible views that will overlook the Rochester skyline. Our goal is to maintain the building’s strong office presence while introducing a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plan options. As David Riedman stated in the article, “We have much planning still to do”.
Details of the project are subject to change as the project progresses through the various approval stages.
