Jeff Hurwitz brings extensive experience as a senior operating executive, having served in CFO, COO, and President roles across founder-led, investor-backed, and growth-oriented businesses. He has a strong track record partnering with boards, investors, and executive teams to drive enterprise value through disciplined financial management, strategic planning, and operational rigor.
Throughout his career, Jeff has led complex initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, capital raising, and post-acquisition integration. He is particularly experienced in environments requiring strong financial governance, thoughtful capital allocation, and preparation for long-term growth and liquidity events.
As CFO, Jeff oversees all financial strategy and operations, including planning, reporting, capital structure, and risk management, while serving as a key strategic partner to leadership as we continue to execute on our business objectives.
