Jessica Wood
Controller
Jessica joined Riedman in 2025 and currently serves as the Controller. Jessica brings more than a decade of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience to her role as Controller. Throughout her career, she has overseen internal and external reporting, led accounting teams, and partnered closely with senior leadership on financial planning, audits, and cash flow projections. She has also played a key role in implementing systems and processes, building strong accounting teams, and providing financial oversight across multiple business entities.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. In her role, Jessica works closely with leadership to support Riedman’s financial strategy and operational goals. Her focus on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement helps strengthen the company’s financial foundation and supports its continued growth.
