Is Parking Available?
Parking in the complex is available on a first-come basis. The only reserved parking areas are the handicapped spaces and are for people who hold a valid Handicapped Permits. Handicapped parking spaces are marked, and signs are posted. Any vehicle that is unlawfully parked in a designated area will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Detached garages are available for an additional fee. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
Is The Hammocks at Geneseo Pet Friendly?

What is the Renters’ Insurance Policy?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents at The Hammocks at Geneseo. While our property insurance covers the building, it does not cover your personal belongings in case of theft, fire, or natural events. Renter’s insurance is a straightforward, affordable way to protect your items from unexpected loss or damage.
Before moving into your new home, please secure your own renter’s insurance policy. This coverage is designed to safeguard your possessions, with premiums based on the value of your furniture and other belongings. You can find a policy by speaking with one of our team members or contacting your local insurance agent.
Are there additional Deposit’s & Fee’s?
When signing your lease, you will be responsible for the following:
Security Deposit: The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due on or before the date the lease contract is signed. This fee is due upon move-in and is refundable at the end of your lease term, less lawful deduction. Additional deposits may be applicable due to credit screening results.
Holding Deposit – $350 will be required at the time of application which will be applied to your first month’s rent.
Are Utilities Included?
No. Utilities such as Gas, Electric, Water, Phone, and Internet are not included in the rental fees. Since the utilities will be under your name, it is your responsibility to contact the respective service providers and arrange for their activation before your move-in date.

How do I Apply?
Applications are available on our website and can be found on the floor plan detail page that has an available unit for rent. Or you are welcome to visit our office. Any applicant who meets our tenancy screening requirements is eligible for a lease offer; however, by submitting an application, a lease offer is not guaranteed. Lease offers are based on apartment availability and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Does The Hammocks at Geneseo offer flexible leases?
No. At this time, The Hammocks at Geneseo is only accepting 12-month leases.
Do you offer resident referrals?
Yes, we do! We believe friends make the best neighbors. Our resident referral program is always available. Please reach out to the leasing staff for more details.
Do you offer Furnished Apartments?

Living at The Hammocks at Geneseo has been a joy since day one.
I have lived at the Hammocks in Geneseo for over 5 years, it has been more than a home to me I have raised my children there, every Birthday every Christmas is a memory to cherish. The hammocks to some is just an apartment, for my family, it really was our home. the staff has always been so pleasant to work with, the neighbors kind and friendly. Angel and her team have always gone above and beyond to help in every way possible.
There's nothing that I don't like about the Hammocks, We have young people, a few college kids (not to many), we have middle age people that are still working with teenagers and so on and we have our senior citizens too. So it's not a plus 55 community. It's really a nice mix.
