Is Parking Available?
Parking at our community is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved parking spaces are limited to those with valid handicapped permits, and these areas are clearly marked with signage. Please note that any vehicle parked unlawfully in a designated space may be towed at the owner’s expense. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community accessible for all.
What’s your pet policy? / Is the property pet-friendly?
We are positively pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of two pets per home.

Does The Nesiner at East End offer flexible leases?
No. At this time, The Nesiner at East End is only accepting 12-month leases.
Is Renter’s Insurance Required?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents of The Nesiner at East End. While our property insurance covers the building, it does not cover your personal belongings in
case of theft, fire, or natural events. Renter’s insurance is a straightforward, affordable way to protect your items from unexpected loss or damage.
Before moving into your new home, please secure your own renter’s insurance policy. This coverage is designed to safeguard your possessions, with premiums based on the
value of your furniture and other belongings. You can find a policy by speaking with one of our team members or contacting your local insurance agent.
Are Utilities Included?
No. Utilities such as Gas, Electric, Water, Phone, and Internet are not included in the rental fees. Since the utilities will be under your name, it is your responsibility to contact the respective service providers and arrange for their activation before your move-in date.

How do I Apply?
Applications are available on our website and can be found on the floor plan detail page that has an available unit for rent. Or you are welcome to visit our office. Any applicant who meets our tenancy screening requirements is eligible for a lease offer; however, by submitting an application, a lease offer is not guaranteed. Lease offers are based on apartment availability and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Where is The Neisner at East End leasing office located?
The Nesiner at East End leasing office is located on the first floor at 45 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14604.
When is rent due? How do I pay rent?
Rent payments are due on the first of each month and considered late after the fifth. You can pay rent through your resident portal with a debit/credit card
or e-check.
What additional fees can I expect to be charged when signing my lease?
Security Deposit: The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due on or before the date the lease contract is signed. This fee is due upon move-in and is refundable at the end of your lease term, less lawful deduction. Additional deposits may be applicable due to credit screening results.
Admin Fee:(non-refundable) – $350 – Residents will be charged a one-time service fee is required to hold a specific apartment.
Do you offer resident referrals?
Yes, we do! We believe friends make the best neighbors. Our resident referral program is always available. Please reach out to the leasing staff for more details.
