Lisa De Laurencio
As Riedman has grown, so has Lisa DeLaurencio’s influence on the success of our company. Since joining Riedman in 2003, Lisa has helped manage and grow more than 10 different properties across the Riedman portfolio in both the Rochester Region as well as the Erie, PA Region.
Lisa currently serves as the property manager for our newest luxury community, Kilbourn Place on East in Rochester, NY. Previously, she oversaw all leasing activities for the Riedman Erie portfolio in Erie, PA. Lisa also played a key role in formalizing the Riedman Mission, Vision, and Core Values, emphasizing the significance of effective communication and team unification around the “Riedman Way” during the onboarding of our new team members.
Lisa has always been a great manager – professionally caring for Riedman’s customers while personally caring for her young son as a single mom. In Lisa’s own words, “my son grew up in this business.” In her spare time, Lisa likes spending time with family and friends and relaxing with a good book.
